These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hi33 ("hi33", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hi33 website located at https://hi33.net and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, slot games, Dragon and Tiger, Super Wheel, and all related deposit, withdrawal, bonus, and account management functionality.

By registering an account on hi33, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hi33 platform and close your account.

hi33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notification. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the hi33 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall be the authoritative version in all circumstances. Any translation provided for convenience carries no legal weight in the event of a conflict with the English text.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hi33 is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through hi33's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms. The remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on hi33, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and continue to meet this requirement throughout your use of the platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party. Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person, including a minor, is strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded from hi33 under a self-exclusion order or had your account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of hi33 or any of its affiliated companies, payment partners, or game providers.
• Your use of hi33 does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable in your country or region of residence. Players are solely responsible for assessing the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction before registering.

Age Verification

hi33 conducts age verification at the point of registration and may request additional identity documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Verification documents must be current, legible, and unaltered.

hi33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending the completion of age and identity verification. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, all deposits returned (minus any amounts already wagered), and any bonus winnings forfeited in full.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number, and preferred currency (BDT). You agree to promptly update your account information if any of the provided details change.

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and a permanent ban from hi33. hi33 cooperates with relevant authorities and payment providers where fraudulent registration activity is identified.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active hi33 account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, postal address, payment method, IP address, or device — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hi33 will close all but the earliest registered account, and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at hi33's discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hi33 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your account. hi33 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional layer of security. Any activity carried out through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to hi33 support immediately upon becoming aware of it.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact hi33 support at support @ hi33.net without delay. hi33's security team will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account while the matter is resolved.

hi33 processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard are accepted for deposits where supported by your card issuer.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.

• Pending wagers: Funds that form part of an active open bet or that remain subject to an unmet bonus wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the relevant condition is resolved.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds — unless explicitly stated otherwise — are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that before bonus funds (and in some cases, any winnings derived from bonus funds) can be withdrawn, the player must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times on eligible games. Promotional Abuse

hi33 maintains the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, using software or automated tools to exploit bonus terms, coordinating with other players to divide bonus risk, or any other activity that hi33 determines constitutes an exploitation of its promotional structure.

Malfunctions void all pays and plays. hi33's decision in such matters is final. hi33 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a technical failure beyond its reasonable control.

By using hi33, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or engaging in any form of identity fraud in connection with your hi33 account.
• Money Laundering: Using hi33 for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or the concealment of proceeds from criminal activity. hi33 cooperates fully with relevant financial intelligence units and law enforcement agencies where such activity is suspected.
• Collusion and Match-Fixing: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, or placing bets on sporting events where you have knowledge of a pre-arranged result.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, screen-scraping software, or any other automated means to interact with the hi33 platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider for deposits already wagered on hi33. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting hi33 support constitute a material breach of these Terms.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory language or behaviour toward hi33 staff, support agents, live dealers, or other players on the platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one hi33 account per individual, as defined in Section 3 of these Terms.

hi33 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, hi33 may take any of the following actions at its discretion: issue a warning, restrict account functionality, suspend deposits and withdrawals, close the account permanently, withhold or forfeit account balances, or refer the matter to law enforcement or payment regulators.

hi33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where hi33 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where hi33 is required to do so for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your hi33 account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting hi33 support at support @ hi33.net. Before submitting a closure request, please ensure that all active bets have been settled and that you have withdrawn any remaining account balance. hi33 will process voluntary closure requests within five (5) business days. Accounts closed voluntarily with a remaining balance will have that balance returned to the player's registered payment method, provided that all identity verification requirements have been met.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 12 months directly through their hi33 account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked, no deposits will be accepted, and no access to games or betting markets will be permitted. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately by hi33 support. Extending a self-exclusion is always permitted; reducing or cancelling an active self-exclusion early requires a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours and must be requested through support.

Account Closure Due to Breach

Where hi33 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, the following consequences apply:

• Any pending withdrawal requests may be suspended pending a full investigation.
• Where fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or chargeback abuse is confirmed, hi33 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance.
• Where a multiple-account breach is confirmed, funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited and only the balance of the earliest registered account returned, subject to verification.
• hi33 will provide a written explanation of the closure reason to the player's registered email address within ten (10) business days of the closure, unless doing so would prejudice an ongoing investigation or legal proceeding.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. hi33 will notify the account holder by email prior to applying any inactivity administration fee. If the account cannot be reached or the balance falls to zero, hi33 reserves the right to formally close the account. Players may reactivate a closed inactive account by contacting hi33 support, subject to successful identity re-verification.
